Quality Service will treat you right. We will send over a specialist the same day you report your problem.
Our representatives will schedule a two hour window for the technician to show up.
We know how tough it can be to suffer appliance and system breakdowns, and we want everything up and running as fast as possible to keep our members happy. Quality Service takes pride in our punctuality. We know many companies can take a day to a week to even respond to a claim. We will not allow that to happen.
All you need to do is call your dedicated Quality Service support line or submit your claim online. Many of our support team representatives have been with Quality Service since our start and have become trusted family to both the owners and members.
In addition to our amazing support staff, Quality has been working with many of the same specialists since the start. They are licensed, insured technicians who have been doing great work with us for years.
Our ongoing review process makes certain we only send out and retain the best, high quality specialists.
On the off chance you are dissatisfied with your specialist, you can notify our support team, and they will make sure your next problem is resolved by a different technician.
DO NOT PAY SERVICE FEES ($50-$100) each time you have a service call.
In addition to the annual plan cost, many companies charge each time a technician goes out for a problem. Quality Service does not charge you for a service call.
Quality Service also believes in an extended calendar year. We provide 12 months of service… Plus two months FREE! And this is not a one time perk. This is ongoing for all Quality Service members.
Not all plans are created equal! You can personalize your plan with our exclusive “Choice Options.” They may be a useful alternative way for you to save money. Only you can decide if these are beneficial to your particular situation.
As a member, Quality Service will even be helpful for repairs that are not covered. We will send over one of our specialists, who will still provide our member-only discounted rates and member-only two hour time slot. We’re only a call away!
